FYI, AppShopper is a great online tool and app that will track the prices of apps from the Mac App Store and iTunes iOS App Store. If you aren’t using it (free membership), you are spending too much for apps. There’s nothing wrong with paying retail for the best, and often with apps you have to do that. Tweetbot is worth every penny of its $19.99 on the Mac App Store if you value features that are completely unique to it for a native Mac App. Then again, if you have a casual interest in updating to the HD version of a game you play on your iPhone, getting it discounted from the average $4.99 down to anywhere from $2.99 to free is well worth the time to configure an account and add to a wish list!
